ASML MICC & CRS EXPANSION

Enabling and construction phases of a new 3-story 37,000-square-foot addition to the existing facility. The expansion included modifications to electrical services and the installation of new critical electrical distribution systems, including low-voltage systems to support the new optical fabrication, cleanroom assembly, office space, a cafeteria, and an "Experience Center" for visitors.
