FAIRFIELD PREP GYMNASIUM

Demolition of the existing gymnasium to be replaced by a new one in substantially the same footprint. Construction included (3) practice basketball courts, (1) full-sized basketball court, locker rooms, weight rooms, administrative spaces, an Arts & Media performance space, and the reconfiguration and renovation of the connection between existing Arrupe Hall to serve as the new entrance.

SPECIFIC CHALLENGES: Demolished existing facilities without interruption to the existing school. Reworked medium voltage feeds to multiple buildings without affecting campus activities.
