Major interior renovation and addition to the existing hospital, including new electrical infrastructure for future needs.

SPECIFIC CHALLENGES: Dynamic project with frequent changes and unforeseen conditions, as is typical in older healthcare facilities. As an active hospital in a metropolitan area, much of the work needed to be performed within active corridors and other spaces. Careful coordination with the client was critical.
