Installed new electrical and systems infrastructure in renovated areas and new infill space. Also installed a fully integrated security system that included access control, CCTV, a robust perimeter security system, and display security, requiring close coordination with museum staff for cable routing and finished device installation.

SPECIFIC CHALLENGES: Intense, ongoing coordination among all trades and museum staff was integral to this effort, given the building's historical significance and the priceless artifacts it housed. The discovery that much of the structural steel was not incorporated into the design presented additional challenges, requiring a powerful and continual BIM coordination effort to overcome.
