MW LIFE SCIENCES

Project Features:

This project involved the transformation of a former aircraft manufacturing plant into a 216,000 sq. ft. industrial complex manufacturing precision-engineered parts for the medical and pharmaceutical industries. Over 200 utility “cloud” supports were installed from multiple distribution panels to feed equipment from overhead busways. State of the art LED lighting with integral occupancy sensors and adjustable lighting levels provides an ergonomic working environment for the highly skilled workforce.  The expansion allows the company to enhance its rapid prototyping of sample products using 3-D printing and additive manufacturing, and triple in size its clean room.

Project Challenges:

The manufacturer needed to maintain operations during the relocation and renovation.  Equipment was moved in various stages with no interruption to production or impact to customers.

Numerous design changes to the project were accommodated while maintaining the ambitious schedule.

Dinto electricians maintained a fast-paced project, which began in August and was fully operational in December.
